You, the writer, maintain rights to the story. We will give credit to the
screenwriter, producers, executive producers and you are the film
based on a story by (Authors Name).
The Film will be rights shared by you the author and Moopy Vision
Movies. If a distributor is interested in picking up the film, we'll work
as partners to strike the right deal with the right Associate Executive.
If you choose to move forward after the film festival, together we will
draw up a contract to seek further nationwide distribution deals.
We will not assume the exclusive rights to your story. We'll only
receive rights to the use of the film with the written permission of both
parties (Ametra Self - MVM & the Author). This option will come
after the film festivals. This is only in the event both parties attempt
to move forward with the project.
